Spring Clean Your Eating
Group Coaching Program
In this 4-week group coaching program, we will take action steps to clean up our diets and improve our health. You will define your personal goals around clean eating, and receive support around reaching these goals and facing your challenges.
What is included:
-4 weekly group sessions via Zoom
-30-minute private coaching session
-Meal & snack structure suggestions
-Education on food labeling
-Access to private Facebook group
-Ongoing personal support via email
Group Meeting Time: Mondays, 5:30-6:30pm
Group Meeting Dates: April 5th, 12th,19th, 26th
