I’m Melanie, and I am a holistic nutrition and health coach. I specialize in helping women to conquer stress eating and emotional over-eating, and to integrate more plant-based foods into their diet.

 

After a long-term struggle with stress eating, my biggest game changer was switching to a whole-foods-plant-based diet. This is what inspired me to enrich my knowledge of nutrition and to become a health coach. It is now my mission to help women around their struggles with overeating, because I know that struggle… and the struggle is real.

 

I am also very passionate about integrating more plant-based foods into the diet- for both human health, and environmental health. Connecting to nature and our food enhances balance in our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
